Common Reasons Couples Start Therapy
Couples may seek counseling when conversations turn into arguments, needs go unspoken, or the relationship starts to feel strained. Partners often come in for support with trust, emotional distance, intimacy, parenting disagreements, blended family stress, life changes, recurring conflict, or a desire to reconnect before small issues become deeper concerns.
